A journey towards sustainable fashion
We believe in a fashion that combines elegance, tradition and responsibility .
Each of our garments is the result of an entirely Italian production chain, which values artisanal know-how and respect for the environment. Each supplier is carefully selected, evaluating not only the quality of the
materials, but also their environmental and social impact.
SUPPLIER SELECTION
Materials and Processes
At Giancarlo Fiore, sustainability is not just an objective, but a daily commitment that begins with the rigorous selection of our raw material suppliers .
We partner exclusively with companies that share our vision of a more responsible future and have already achieved significant sustainability milestones.
We favor partners who use regenerated natural fibers , certified organic materials , and low-impact production processes, guaranteeing a transparent and environmentally friendly supply chain.
Our Major Partners
Rigorous Selection of Suppliers
From organic fabrics by Marzotto Lab to sustainable leathers by Na.t.An, up to regenerated padding
of CASHPAD®, each raw material is selected for its value
Ecological and its ability to reduce its impact on the planet. The companies we work with are certified according to international standards such as GOTS , GRS , and SA8000 , which guarantee respect for workers' and communities' rights.
Our supply chain is entirely Italian, with a strong focus on the local area and craftsmanship. This allows us to maintain direct control over every stage of production, ensuring that every Giancarlo Fiore piece is made with love, care, and respect for the environment.
Cashball
Innovation and Sustainability in Natural Fibers
Cashball is an innovative padding made by CASHPAD® , created from the regeneration of fine natural fibers such as cashmere and wool . Cashball® is a flake of cashmere wool and microfibers designed to preserve human warmth, creating a compact and lightweight insulating layer. Cashball® is an alternative to goose down and synthetic padding and can be blown into garments, ensuring softness and filling power. This material, produced in Prato , transforms pre- and post-consumer waste into a high-quality product, perfect for clothing, accessories, and furnishings.

Ethics & Innovation
Regenerated Cashmere and Wool:
Thanks to CASHPAD®, we transform waste into thermoregulating and breathable padding.
Anti-crease
We have redesigned the natural properties of wool obtaining a
fabric that, even after several uses, returns perfectly to its original state
its original form.
Certified processes
All our partners comply with international standards such as GOTS, GRS, and SA8000, which guarantee transparency and ethics in the production chain.
Thermoregulating fabrics
The thermoregulation capacity of our fabrics stems from the intrinsic structure of the wool fiber which, thanks to its hygroscopic nature, allows it to expel internal moisture while simultaneously acting as a barrier to external moisture, for warm garments in winter and cool in summer.
Italian excellence, from the first thread to the last detail.
From the idea to the finished piece, every step takes place in Italy. A short, transparent, and responsible supply chain, where tradition and innovation meet to create quality you can see, touch, and feel.
