A journey towards more responsible fashion

We believe in a way of dressing where elegance, tradition, and responsibility come together.
Each garment is the result of an entirely Italian supply chain, rooted in artisanal know-how and shaped by a deep respect for people and the environment. Every supplier is carefully selected not only for the quality of its materials, but also for its social and environmental standards.

SUPPLIER SELECTION

Materials and Processes

At Giancarlo Fiore, responsibility is not simply a goal, but a daily commitment that begins with a careful selection of raw material suppliers and the people who work with us.

We collaborate with companies that share our vision and with suppliers who combine technical expertise, research, and a more conscious approach to production. Every partnership is built on trust, quality, and a shared commitment to doing things with greater care.

We favour regenerated natural fibres, certified organic materials, and lower-impact processes, in order to build a supply chain that is more transparent, more responsible, and rooted in lasting value.

Our Key Partners

Rigorous Supplier Selection

From organic fabrics developed by Marzotto Lab to sustainable leathers by Na.t.An, and regenerated padding by CASHPAD®, every raw material is selected for its quality, its performance, and its ability to reduce environmental impact. We work with companies certified according to internationally recognised standards such as GOTS, GRS, and SA8000, because we believe that the value of a material also lies in the way it is made, sourced, and brought to life. Our supply chain is entirely Italian and deeply connected to local craftsmanship. This allows us to follow every stage of production closely and to ensure that each Giancarlo Fiore garment reflects the same values of care, responsibility, and respect that define our vision.

Cashball

Innovation in Natural Fibres

Cashball is an innovative padding created by CASHPAD® through the regeneration of fine natural fibres such as cashmere and wool.
Made from cashmere wool flakes and fine microfibres, it is designed to preserve body warmth while remaining light, compact, and soft to the touch. It offers an alternative to goose down and synthetic padding, combining insulation, softness, and comfort in a refined and responsible material. Produced in Prato, Cashball gives new value to pre- and post-consumer waste, transforming it into a high-quality solution for clothing, accessories, and furnishings.

Our Fabrics

Our Fabrics

Ethics & Innovation

Regenerated Cashmere and Wool:

Thanks to CASHPAD®, we give new value to waste by transforming it into breathable, thermoregulating padding.

Anti-crease

Through textile research, we have reinterpreted the natural properties of wool to create a fabric that, even after repeated wear, naturally returns to its original appearance.

Certified Processes

All our partners comply with internationally recognised standards such as GOTS, GRS, and SA8000, supporting transparency, traceability, and responsibility throughout the production chain.

Thermoregulating Fabrics

The thermoregulating performance of our fabrics comes from the natural structure of wool fibre, which, thanks to its hygroscopic properties, helps release internal moisture while protecting against external humidity — keeping garments warm in winter and cool in summer.

Italian excellence, from the first thread to the final detail.

From the initial idea to the finished garment, every stage takes place in Italy. A short, transparent, and responsible supply chain where tradition and innovation come together to create quality you can see, feel, and wear over time.
